I believe the school has moved and these building have been demolished. Can someone local confirm and update if required?

Although it is clearly a tourist attraction, it is a Parliament. I am wondering if there is a better tagging for it, but amenity=townhall does not fit, and offices=goverment doens't seem better. Still looking for the best formula for tagging it.

I'm not sure what's best to do with the street here. It's essentially part of the pavement now with no visible paving difference but, there will still be access for vehicles in front of the cathedral in the case of a wedding/funeral.
