refine station steps position and scale (extend building at S end under tracks), add S end lifts (building:part, highway=elevator and ground and platform connections; mid level not mapped). (Re)divide platforms 2 and 3 - have own ref, desc and memberships

improve alignment of rail tracks from S end of Blackfriars station to Blackfriars junction area. Add railway=switch and crossover tags, missing crossover. Drop railway: tags added to some nodes as well as track ways.

approx areas of shops (etc) in new under-railway arches shopping off Dirty Lane + Stonecutters Lane. Depth of arches in use behind shopfronts is uncertain
