The expected public_transport tag for highway=bus_stop node is public_transport=platform. Please see public%20transport=platform?uselang=en-GB
and public%20transport=stop%20area?uselang=en-GB
the latter of which is for use on a stop area relation. There is no public_transport=stop. Repeatedly guessing at tags (eg to try to make iD warnings go away) is not going to help improve the map. I've set public_transport=platform.

As well as dragging the road/path junction node to a wall, you also dragged a ruin node (some distance away) to a river and a solar panel into a field. See https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=136912924
Reverted changeset and reapplied the good change of road type residential to unclassified.
Please review how this happened, for example how you move the map while editting.
Also please always set specific meaningful changeset comments so others know what you intended, eg 'change road type to unclassified' here, so that intended vs unintended changes can be understood if the changeset(s) need to be reviewed.

Noting this was 1st (and only) edit from user, deleted footways, solar panels, landuse etc as well as changing area to motorway road.
All reverted back to how it was.

Looking at the history, seems that the next section further SW was accidentally/ carelessly set as oneway, and recently (19 Apr) fixed:
way/44869219/history
So the routing should get fixed as soon as Plotaroute next update their map data.

Reverted all damage to building shape etc

Reverted. Geometry was fine. Challenge is/was for spiky buildings, not correctly spiky building parts. Look at the imagery before trashing the map.

I note that at node/87908886 (for example), you have changed the correctly tagged highway=crossing;crossing=traffic_signals to be highway=traffic_signals;traffic_signals=pedestrian_crossing.
According to crossing=traffic_signals and highway=traffic_signals
and common usage, then highway=traffic_signals is used for nodes SEPARATE TO the crossing. I cannot find documentation of your traffic_signals=pedestrian_crossing although there is some localised use of this on the separately mapped lights each side of some crossings. These 5 changesets look like an undiscussed mass edit, please review what you have done and consider reverting.

The give way had the correct orientation and your edit made it wrong.

"1,5" is not a suitable value for lanes

133911200 almost 3 years ago

The name tag is for the formal given name of a feature, not a description. The landuse type is also entirely unsuitable.

Also, the bridge used to be correctly mapped and this edit made it wrong

In iD, below the main list of layers there's another list of "Overlay"s, it should be in there (eg 7th of 9 in that list for me). Turning that on should show you blue lines for the land ownership boundaries. Then scroll further down the same panel to the bottom to get a grey box with 2 numbers in the middle. You drag with the mouse on the grey area to move the current imagery (eg Esri/Bing etc) relative to the blue lines. Try to ignore all of the OSM mapped features and anything on the imagery well above ground level, eg if you re-edit here, you'll see a nice rectangle of blue lines matching the low wall around the lighthouse group of buildings. (The more the imagery isn't vertical, ie you can see some of the side walls of buildings, the more careful you have to be to match to ground level features eg the bases of walls.) And ignoring the OSM mapped features takes some practise (in JOSM you can turn off the OSM data while you align but not in iD I think). Hope this helps. Cebderby (Clive)

No response. For reference, changes in this changeset were: Delete 2x stop positions at Selhurst. Delete Blackfriars (Road) former station site node. At Paddington: delete tube and Liz line station nodes merging network+operator into mainline station node, delete 12x stop positions, deleted 1 buffer stop and track at platform 1. At Fort William delete (plat 2) stop position, 'improve' platform shape. Delete stop position at Beasdale.
This is all bad, reverted in ch. 133940494, preserving another user's later changes at Fort William and better platform shape adjustment there.
You need to use meaningful changeset comments and keep your changesets to smaller areas.
And we are still looking for an explanation of the intention of this change.[Google translate of last paragraphs follows:]

Given the user added a fictional slip road in https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=133873232
and that there is no road "A4555" I take this to be more fiction. Also the A5154 in Holyhead should not have been changed to secondary. I am reverting this changeset.

self_service=no is not credible here, and as as you have added fiction elsewhere, this changeset is reverted

Ryan, looks like https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=132030427
included where you were working and will show you the sort of thing that was going on; they put the whole pedestrian area as building=house, deleted the way you had last edited (which my reversion un-deleted), deleted a pedestrian crossing and 2 bus stops. You can put others of their changeset numbers from @Birmingham%20City%20Mission/history in that same tool to see more, but all is repaired. regards Cebderby (Clive)

132089131 almost 3 years ago

For clarity, the 5 changesets reverted were all from the user "Birmingham City Mission", who in 90 changesets managed only to correctly move one bus stop node. All the other edits were test saves of fiction, false information added and good tags stripped out, destruction of buildings and roads etc. Have a look through some of their edits for the problem; they now have a 1 year block after failing to respond or change their ways. I have reverted all the damage they did, and am not aware of any edit that you have done. There may be a coincidence of location between their changes and yours.
