There is a locked gate with a "Private Property" designation at this point, indicating that this is where Harney Road should end. This road was moved and reconfigured in late 2020; it now extends further west, curving south to meet up with the parking lot in more or less a straight line.

The roads west of this intersection were recently reconfigured, and the segment of North Forty Drive that curves from this point to the southwest no longer exists. Instead, the entry to the medical complex is a straight line from the traffic light, heading west into the parking lot. The electrical substation that was on that spot has been relocated just south, onto the spot where OSM is showing North Forty Drive.
