1. this is a border line between states, while in fact there is no state border at this location - it's administrative intra-state border between mainland Ukraine and Autonomous Republic of Crimea (as recognised by all UN member states, except Russia). 2. southern side of the border is denoted as: Republic Crimea, Russia.
