  13. I drove this in a minivan Jan 2015, very rough, first gear 30 minutes to drive 5 km. Possible in the dry season but probably need 4X4 to get to Nacpan beach if it is raining.

  18. I believe that the previous designations was a footpath was incorrect and that the pedestrian only portion was too long. It is really a pedestrian street with sidewalks on both sides and does not fit the traditional definition of a footpath.
