Please stop changing highway=path ways to highway=cycleway when there is standard European Union signage showing that the way is for both bikes and pedestrians. According to the OSM wiki, highway=path is the matching tagging for this signage:

I saw that, but clicking on path=crossing there brings one to the highway=path article, where there is no description of such a tag. That is what I mean by undocumented, this tag seems ad hoc and real-world usage in tools is low. Moreover, the footway=crossing tag on the English wiki says that it is widely used for highway=path, and this was carried over as a recommendation into the PL wiki.

Your same link recommends footway=crossing. In any event, this tag is not documented at the English wiki, and OSM is a global project where mappers may be editing Poland in addition to numerous other countries, and therefore should not be expected to know Polish conventions described only in Polish.

Why did you replace footway=crossing here with path=crossing? Per wiki, footway=crossing is widely used in these highway=path contexts (including in Poland specifically), while path=crossing doesn't even seem to be documented.

The duplicated H&M shop at Promenada mall will strike many map consumers as an error; there is only a single H&M shop here that spans two floors. Might you consider fixing this by e.g. specifying level=0;1 for the shop, and mapping it separately from the indoor=room?

I have already fixed the nearby Intersport shop in changeset/157730892. There, because the two floors have identical room dimensions, both the room and the shop only need to be tagged once and the repeat_on= tag will specify that the way spans two floors.

What is the source of these highway=motorway_junction tags all over Kyrgyzstan? I have not been able to verify any of these tags during on-the-ground surveys, and it is not common practice in the region to add them to trunk roads and primary highways.

Please do not add wild camping spots to OSM. The tourism=camp_site tag on OSM is only for campsites that are somehow official.

Why did you add denomination=sunni to sites in the Pamir region of Tajikistan? The people here follow the Nizari Ismaili denomination of Islam (i.e. denomination=shia).

You can do an Overpass API query for name:en tags in areas you have mapped.

English uses title case for street names, so "Abdi bobo street" should have been instead "Abdi Bobo Street". Please fix this error in all of the name:en tags you have created for streets in Uzbekistan.

direction=both is redundant on a stop sign node when the node is at the intersection and stop=all is already present. The only place I have seen direction=both also added is the LA metropolitan area.

You added a trail at coordinates 37.4323147, 73.1036590 with the name= tag "Steep Trail". In Tajikistan, name= tags should be in Tajik, not in English. Does this trail have an official name? If no, the name= tag should be deleted. If you want to express the steepness of the trail, then difficulty or incline tags are a more appropriate way to do that.

If you do not explain your edits and match the facts on the ground, I will continue to revert your Samarkand changesets and escalate this matter to the Data Working Group. I see that you were already blocked in the past for writing only “исправление ошибок” as your changeset comment.

Please stop changing name= tags that I created on the basis of an on-the-ground survey, as when you changed the Uzbek-language name= tags of Samarkand's central parks back to English-language names. Name= tags for such public infastructure countries are in the local language, with English names specified in name:en= tags. Your changeset comments "исправление ошибок" are dishonest.

If you do not cease this destructive editing, I will have to escalate this situation to the Data Working Group.

This is a standard found across the world, and there is no need for Uzbekistan to be different.

I have deleted them again in changeset/153687537. For one, name= tags in Uzbekistan should be the Uzbek-language name, not English ones. Secondly, while I did a personal survey of this area, I was unable to verify that the park itself (as opposed to the surrounding road) has any such name.
