I know it is frustrating, but you are a little bit overreacting.
Take a look at how OSM Wiki defines the following tags:

smoothness=*
Just look at the photos and read the descriptions, I would say in this case it should be smoothness=bad maybe smoothness=very_bad, but not worse :)

regarding the surface=* tag: surface=*
this tag specifies the material and not the description (potholes, dezastru etc.), please add back asphalt.

Be aware that OSM is mainly used as an offline database and it is not recommended to add temporary construction conditions in it. Though, for the case when people really want to specify things like this, there are a few tags that can be used. For example in this case it may be ok to add tags like maxspeed:practical=10 and construction=minor (minor means that it is not a new road built, but the reconstruction of an existing one)

Thanks for editing OSM, but I see some mistakes in your work. Please do not give names to every element, names like park, wind farm, quarry, footpath are not correct and will need to be removed. Please take a look over this wiki page to see what should be given in the name field:
osm.wiki/Ro:Names
Also, why are you using tags that do not represent the reality? I am sure that there are no glaciers and volcano peaks in the area. Please do not use nature_reserve tags, those are tags that describe national parks, also I am unable to see on the satellite imagery the wind farm and the quarry.

Are the road directions separated? If not, then it is better to keep only one element.
If there is separation between the directions then please draw them with more distance between them (centred on the middle lane)

Văd că ai făcut un import al zonei. Din păcate datele acestea nu au nicio relevanță în baza de date OSM, deoarece au fost importate doar punctele, fără nicio informație despre ce reprezintă și cum sunt conectate. De unde au fost luate datele? Cum a fost făcut importul? Mai ai datele originale pentru a încerca să reparăm importul? Dacă nu reușim să ducem la capăt acest import va trebui să fac revert la mare parte din acesta, deoarece dacă ar trebui verificat manual fiecare punct și să se redeseneze fiecare casă și drum pentru a putea fi aceste date de folos.

Please take care and verify the relation membership of each way that you are merging, even if they have the same tags

Hello Johnny, are you sure that the agricultural roads are passing under the new ring road? I have added them when it was opened by looking at inaugural photos and dash cam footage. The ring road is on level and I am pretty sure that the agricultural roads were cut and no bridges exist for them. Also, I see that you reverted Strada Poligonului to the old position, while it was translated a few meters
