Please do not merge roads using iD editor, it tends to damage relations without it warning you

I initially named it "Drumul expres" as this was the name used by the authorities and in the press (the name "drumul rapid" or "drumul expres" referred initially to the new road behind the railway station and then it was applied also to the extensions - new roads towards Calea Clujului and new road towards DN19). It was never an official name, but it stuck locally and with the officials.
Around the time time last part opened there started news regarding the Oradea-Arad highway/expressway and to avoid confusion between the projects RobertH-PUM suggested to call it Centura "Drumul expres".

Historically the street has been marked on maps with Strada Bihorului toward Paleu up to the exit out of Oradea because this was the natural continuation of the street. The road towards Real/Remarkt is the new variant and I think it is weird for the name of the street to move from it's former location just because this new road seems to be the more direct route nowadays. Regarding houses, neither does the new road have any houses on it and will probably never have.

I suggest either not naming any of the roads Strada Bihorului, either keeping Strada Bihorului on the old road.

How come Calea Bihorului moved from the road to Paleu to the new variant road?

You are correct that E70 still follows DN6.
But there is an somehow unwritten rule in which european roads doubled by a motorway are tagged only with primary and not trunk.

I know it sounds subjective, but this is the case in the entire country.
The logic is that highway=* refers to road importance for traffic and this road no longer has much importance for traffic that isn't local. Practically the road hierarchy defined by the official road classification is just a guideline and you can see everywhere exceptions to the rule.

Hello Mihai, what is the source of those changes? I find it weird that the bars have people names and the "Vinăria Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej" is a really peculiar name for a winery. Unfortunately I cannot find any information about it on the internet, which I would have thought that I would have due to it's weird name and it's size (there is another one with the same name added also by you in Cluj)

There are a lot of roads which do not have DN number format (actually most beltways), for example DNCALB DNCORA, DNVO1K, DNVTM. Just because you didn't encounter them it doesn't mean they do not exist.
Please, show me proof that DN1N variant is the correct designation if you insist that my official documents are false and no, Google Maps is not proof.

You have edited relation #12227641 in this changeset. This relation was the huge meadow between Feleacu and the Vâlcele-Apahida road. You have edited it to be a dovecoat building. (look at object's history: relation/12227641/history )

I have showed you official documents and asked you to look at road markers for the correct information and you will see that it is indeed DNVOCE.

Wikipedia is for sure not a valid source, the article was made by people having the same assumption as you, that the information in Google Maps is correct. Look over the document better, VOCE is not the local use abbreviation, it is in the "variante ocolitoare" subcategory of DNs (DNVOCE is it's only classification)
Just take a road trip and look what is written on the road markers. DN1N exists fictionally, as it the former part of DJ105S that was taken over during the construction of the road. But the entirety of it is marked as known as DNVOCE/VOCE/Varianta Cluj-Est everywhere in the official documents.
