It looks like Vespucci didn't agree with the ramp behind Bossman and the indoor footpath (?) through that building.

Also, highway=footway is preferred over highway=path for paved paths. `path` is less specific than `footway`, so I only use it for tracks through the bush and desire paths over grass and stuff.

The kerb shouldn't go on a path that it doesn't interrupt (the sidewalk). The kerb should go where the kerb would intersect the crossing. https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=119062309

Thanks! I'm trying to see if it is at all possible to avoid retracing, because the overlapping areas are a pain to work with.

I think the geofabrik self intersection error is to do with the building:part=yes crossing over nodes without including them. Does my latest change [1] work? Hopefully multipolygons support adjacent regions like this.

The seating area is on a deck (slightly raised floor level, no roof). Adding building:part is appropriate, so I went with 'deck'.

You have mistakenly used the tag ford=yes outside the geography building. A ford is a place where water flows over a path. This intersection between two footpaths doesn't need any tag at all.

Great edits around UWA! A small details: benches (and any feature that is not a part of the path itself) should not be attached to the footway.

You can use right click -> "Extract" in the editor to place the bench next to the footway.

The name tag is specifically for proper names that are visible on the ground, or widely understood. Unless there is a plaque or something labelling this tree "Old Jarrah Tree" the name tag is not appropriate here.

General information that doesn't fit in other tags can go in the description tag if it is applicable for the map user, or the note tag if it is for other mappers (or the fixme tag if it is problem that needs addressing).

We were talking about the gravel area[1] that JOSM was complaining about and I've done some thinking. From a routing perspective, the area should be treated as a footway, which tells us that highway=footway is the correct tag. The wiki[2] confirms that the tag can be used on an area (in the box on the right). So in this case, I would add highway=footway.

Nice additions!

I spotted that you accidentally moved the war memorial node/7108686714 half way across the suburb.

Also, you can press Q (the "Square" tool) to square the edges of buildings or a group bunch of buildings, or to make a corner square.

I like seeing your updates across Subi!

It looks like this changeset accidentally added bus related tags to this residential area: way/309968317

I will leave you with the opportunity to untangle your original intention out of it :)
