The cut-through between 9th St SE and East Hennepin accommodates through bike and ped movements. People walking typically continue straight across the cul-de-sac rather than following the edge around.

I couldn’t figure out why routing apps were taking me on circuitous routes avoiding the 18th Ave Greenway on-ramp. There is access in both directions between the Greenway and the 17th Ave Bike Boulevard.

Discovered the Beltline Blvd exit ramp abruptly ends at the light rail station construction site. Also the stairs on both sides of the bridge are fenced off, not just the east side.

There are stairs here and then the path goes parallel to the parkway to the crosswalk.
