In June 2023 this building was moved north by roughly the length of the building, to create more parking space beside the other community building.

This street is now complete, paved, and provisioned with a community mailbox. Occupancy of some of the residential buildings has begun, with more buildings under construction. Side streets are built, and construction of residential buildings continues on them.
