I dont think access=destination is the best way of mapping these restrictions: for instance as currently mapped horses aren't allowed. using motor_vehicle=destination may capture it better (and is also closer to the signage).

Building part of fuelcare Cambridge

Commercial Building was demolished.

I think that the road around here is different now as the garages have been replaced by apartments. I don't think the road runs quite as close to the cycle path as depicted here and the location of the building is different as the garages have been replaced.
