Has Lee boulevard been ripped out? Got a feedback through Mapbox feedback channel. But could not verify details from imagery.

This is the old service centre, now demolished. The new restaurant building and fuel station are at the western edge of the same property, with the footprint of the old building now as vacant or parking space. Bing's aerial photo is outdated in this regard.
