The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Turn lanes probably shouldn't be mapped as separate ways here? Primary_link seems like the wrong tag as well.

The access point for this house (1745 hicks avenue) is on Hicks and not on cherryhills lane as currently the case on OSM

(it works correctly on Apple and Google Maps) and would need to be fixed on OSM.
