There is a short segment (~10m) of "natural stairs" here made from tree roots. It is impossible to ride a bike or a stroller, they should be lifted here. How to map it properly?

Some users report that this road (and maybe other roads nearby) has tolls only for trucks. Can please someone familiar with the area check it out?
