La zone sous amenity:parking est pour le storage/stationnement des boites de trailers de location (tel que U-Haul par exemple). La zone libre non-marquée adjacante sert au remplissage des réservoirs sous-terrains de la station service voisine.

How to properly tag this area?

This amenity:parking area is for dry-box trailers rental, think U-Haul trailers. Also, the empty space is part of the gas station for filling up the underground tanks.

Help requested - How would one map a building that acts as an aerial tunnel between those two apartment buildings? I tagged according to osm.wiki/Key%3Abuilding%3Alevels#Buildings_with_parts_that_don.27t_start_at_ground_level , but feels that building=yes is somehow not right. Surely there is some more precise way to tag it? To be clear, this is a tunnel on level 4 only.
