I've tried to improve and simplify the per lane access tags for this part of Anzac Parade. Can somebody review them?
The parking tags do not appear to follow the defined format and probably require more work.

The tag "traffic_signals=yes" should be deleted and "crossing:light=yes/no" should be set as applicable.
