Made ferry connection routable for bikes by: (1) moving ferry platform to actual place and (2) connecting ferry platform with footpath to road (3) adding a bicycle relation.

Upraded from track to road since new road has just been finished. Incl. some new appended parts and corrections of geometry.

Cut original road at two points to change middle part to sand road. Edit: Reversed "track" attribute since also some very few houses (and not only fields) are connected

I just took this ferry some weeks ago with the bike. No issues (ferry has bike installations).
