Remove building=yes from some odd rectangular ways inside the Kettle's Yard gallery representing apparently demolished addresses. I'm not sure these need to exist at all, and I'm confident they aren't buildings any more. #UCamMap

Where two circuits at different voltages share a run of towers, treat that as a single power=minor_line rather than two collinear ones. This matches current recommendations on the wiki and will probably be rendered better by OpenInfrastructureMap
