A1303 naming update. No signs but businesses all call it "Madingley Road", while government calls some bit "St Neots Road". Follow businesses.

Add a source for the name of this stretch of the A1303. It's not a good source (indeed, I think it's wrong), but it's a source.

Adjust cycle path along Cambridge Road, Oakington so that it doesn't run so close to the houses. In reality the houses along here have front gardens and the cycle path doesn't go through them.

I think while the future A1307 is being the A14, this link should be a trunk_link. Once the A1307 gets its final identity, the link can go back to being a primary_link.
