slight layout tweak

I think Camnbridge North platform 3 is service=siding, since it's not a through line.

Tweak railway lines sideways a bit so they don't appear to run through the station car park. I've checked, and they don't run through the car park.

Adjust a crossing: it connects two cycleways, and isn't explicitly ped-only, so I think it's a cycle crossing.

Upgrade the main entrance road to Cambridge North station car park: since everyone uses it, it's not really an aisle
