Removed a ferry route that was noted as not running any more.

Removed the Falmouth Park and Float since it's no longer operating. Google finds me no source saying it exists, and I didn't notice any mention of it on the ground at the Prince of Wales Pier. At least one source says it's stopped.

Tried to fix King Harry Ferry tagging: HGVs are allowed (max 16t); accessible to all and not just customers of another business; added opening_hours to allow routing engines to avoid using it at night
