Now that I've found the path through the woods, it's clear that Girton FP 8 doesn't cross over Beck Brook here. Untag the relevant tracks.

I've visited Girton footpath 8 again and spotted a waymark hiding in the trees. There is a waymarked path through the woods that finishes at a gate onto the (currently ploughed) field.

The churchyard of Girton parish church is probably an Anglican one.

Add the new(ish) fence sculpture in Girton.
