Add no right turn restriction to roundabout connecting roads.

Remove access=yes from steps, I think I added it when I created the steps and now read the wiki page on it so removing it according to guidance.

Extend footpath to connect with road. It stopped at the pavement of the road but didn't connect to the road.

Added no-left turn restriction to junction, if turning left there is a small filter road just before the junction that is used.

Update crossing point. An edit was mode to join 2 footpaths however the route selected crosses a barrier blocking passage and doesn't cross at the crossing very near. I've moved this and connected them as I think the original mapper intended

Fix bus station surface, from unpaved to concrete.
