That's a little better, but close attention to precision is very useful in tight spaces like universities. I've refined the building geometry on campus.

Not a bad start; I refined this into a relation to avoid including parts that aren't part of the university grounds. It's best to avoid tying areas to roadway centerlines, however.

Looks like this could have been changed to highway=service with the name tag removed.

Try sport=tennis, leisure=pitch instead. Name should be just the name, not a description.

Names should not contain abbreviations.

name=* by itself usually isn't a useful bit unless you're going back later to unify the named node with an area and move the name tag to the area.

Adding this to the tags of the area of the field would have labelled it. I've merged this with that area.

Missed expanding S to South, and the bus route relation shouldn't have been added to one side. I fixed it.

Driveways do belong on the map, and there's even a way to tag private driveways.

highway=service
service=driveway
access=private

There we go, I changed it to service, since it's a driveway.

Most likely correct but for the wrong reason. This is in Tulsa County, Oregon; not Ada County, Idaho.

Transitions should start at the gore tip, not before or after, on ramps.

Might want to use dd-MON-yyyy (ie, 4 SEP 2018) when specifying dates to avoid confusion.

Right, but it is a stub that isn't intended to be bidirectional, it's intended to be used for future addition to this way. It's not two-way.

Also potentially a safety boon for AR games like Pokemon, since I understand there's some in-game elements that spawn based on the presence of sidewalks, having a separate way for the sidewalks will tend to have these spawn farther from the right-of-way centerline and closer to the actual pedestrian centerlines.

Basically, more detail is better than less detail, more information is better than simplified information. I might speed through and just tag sidewalk=whatever on the main way as a rough cut, if I fancy doing some detail mapping on something, I might then search for sidewalk=* !highway=footway to get a start for the todo list plugin, and then detail map the sidewalks.

Blind navigation, for one. Tagging the way as sidewalk might work for situations like a cycleway where the sidewalk is part of the same pavement and not separated by a curb or grass or what have you. Tagging the sidewalk separately is better when there's an obstacle like a curb in the way between the sidewalk and the street.

This also helps find you the ideal places to cross the street and the ideal side to walk on as well.

For the vehicular portion of the street, depending on local ordinances regarding jaywalking, it may be wise to add foot=no where sidewalks are mapped as separate ways to discourage pedestrian navigation down the street instead of a sidewalk.

Beautiful contribution, and nicely tagged. Especially if the ref=* numbers line up to the number visible on the hydrants!
