Not a bad first attempt, but here's some pointers:

addr:street should be the full street name, no abbreviations.
building=yes is only appropriate on buildings.
description=* should only be a description when necessary, and never ad copy.
phone=* should be international format.

I fixed this and added detail, but in the future it would be more productive for all involved to take more care.

name=* is optional and shouldn't be added if that's not the official name of the object, and is not the same as description=* oneway=reversible means that it's always one way, but the direction changes from time to time.

Lot of objects with the same name that seems really unlikely. Footways look like they're probably actually highway=service. name=* should really be the name of the place, not a description.
