Looks like name=Pump Track should probably be description=Pump track instead. The name should only be the name, if it doesn't have one, then noname=yes can be applied to clarify that it has no name, not that it's unknown.

Was the flush median removed and now it's just a deadspace in Rogers Boulevard? Last time I was through there, it was a flush median (hashed out with slashes) and thus counts the same as a raised island preventing the turn.

Please don't attach areas (like parks) to linear features (like streets), it makes maintaining both a hassle, and when attaching to streets, overstates the size of the area.

Be aware lanes=2 would be incorrect anywhere there's a turn lane involved; might doublecheck just to be sure on that.
