Actually this happened both directions... new position of centerlines no longer matches with the tags... a lot of work was put into making sure the placement tags indicated where in the road way the centerline lands on the through lanes. This is a good changeset to revert.

Aah, good point. MUTCD-compliant limits wouldn't end in 5 for km/h (except for 5 km/h).

Might be worth expanding "UXO" as "Unexploded Ordinance" because most people in addition to computers won't understand what the abbreviation means. osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_(do_not)
