This seems rather small considering to the actual Oregon Zoo outline, still, which unless Metro sold off significant lands, should be substantially larger than way/44501180 and encompassing most of Washington Park despite most of it not being developed.

I feel like highway=path might be a stronger choice in this case; I tend to consider highway=cycleway as the paved, road style things with signs and lanes with possible sidewalks purpose built for transportation, with paths being more like what this appears to be.

What? It's literally signed with G shields. Tisdale Parkway's got LL shields on it... This is in my part of town...

Also the ramps are not named since the Will Rogers Turnpike does not take the ramps, it runs continuously into the Creek just south of the interchange.

Wrong turnpike name. Will Rogers Turnpike extends south past I44 a little bit, there's a sign next to the turnpike that indicates where Will Rogers ends and Creek begins.
