There seems to be an issue with routing in this area. OpenFietsMap in Garmin BaseCamp as well as on my GPSMAP 62s will not route me past this point in any mode.
A route from just (say 10 meters) North to just South of this point (not passing any of the nearby crossings) sends me way around by bike or a bit less around to the nearby path by foot.
The graphical data does "look" correct to me.
