Teutonia between Custer and Hampton should only be one roadway because it is not divided by concrete or other barriers. Also disconnected some landuse areas from transportation features. Please don't snap these together!

Since these boulevard crossover roadways are not slip ramps/lanes, they are better tagged as service roads instead of xyz links, according to the OSM wiki.

Van Buren, Holton, and Wells aren't signed for the city's bike route network (which is basically deprecated) but they are new and major PBLs so I think a strong case exists for their inclusion in the route relation. Also VB needed oneway:bicycle=no tags.

60th's new bike lanes are better tagged as tracks because they are parking/post-protected. 60th isn't explicitly signed for the city's bike route network but I added it because it's a major, new project that connects existing bike routes.
