Teutonia between Custer and Hampton should only be one roadway because it is not divided by concrete or other barriers. Also disconnected some landuse areas from transportation features. Please don't snap these together!

Since these boulevard crossover roadways are not slip ramps/lanes, they are better tagged as service roads instead of xyz links, according to the OSM wiki.

Road updates and corrections since 2023-4 including private Champions Way and gates, removal of service roads that no longer exist, etc.

Remapped the North Ave bike lanes and sidewalks since they have different surfaces and one-way attributes. Added many, many, many crossings. Aligned to recent aerial imagery.

These service roads are not explicitly signed or marked as private and are an important connection for for the informal Beerline spur path nearby.

New roundy at 37th & Scott

Remapped Appleton & Chambers with modal restrictions and turn restriction relations. Hopefully got it correct. Also capped 61st, again hopefully correctly.

Added a new roundabout at Villard and 64th. Still under construction but should be open soon.

Van Buren, Holton, and Wells aren't signed for the city's bike route network (which is basically deprecated) but they are new and major PBLs so I think a strong case exists for their inclusion in the route relation. Also VB needed oneway:bicycle=no tags.

60th's new bike lanes are better tagged as tracks because they are parking/post-protected. 60th isn't explicitly signed for the city's bike route network but I added it because it's a major, new project that connects existing bike routes.

Appleton's shared shoulder/parking lane is also signed as a bike lane.

Removed a slip lane that no longer exists c.2024.
