Added bike lanes to N 60th. The City calls them PBLs but they are only "protected" with posts, so I tagged them as standard lanes with buffers. Bike tracks are concrete-protected or parking-protected. Cycle paths are grade-separated.

Added bike track PBLs to Lake Drive. Since they are part of the same roadway surface and material and are not grade-separated, they should be tagged this way on the road segments and not drawn as separate geometry.
