Named the Lacey Rail Trail and added crossings

They may seem redundant, but the tags cycleway:left and cycleway:right are needed for OpenCycleMap to render any type of bike lane on two-way roadways. (CyclOSM does not have this issue.)

Designated pathway portions of this Barnegat bike route because they are signed for bike traffic.

Created local bike routes for the Seawood Harbor Bike Trail and Airport Tract Bicycle Trail.

I combined the former Rt 18 bikeway relation into the existing Edgar Felix Bikeway relation and made all member ways' tags consistent. The former has no current sources (since approx. 1999) so has deprecated.

Removed an erroneous bike lane that was traced from the road as a Cycle Path. Tagged the adjacent roadway cyclway:left=lane.

Another user had traced bike lanes on Atlantic Ave and used the preset feature Cycle Path. This is incorrect so I removed them. Atlantic Ave already has the appropriate cycleway=lane tags.

Since the Boardwalk has an associated local bike route but no bicycles=* access tag, I added =yes to the Boardwalk segments. This should assist algorithmic bike route planners with snapping to the Boardwalk instead of parallel streets.

The Friendship bog dikes still have a few paths, but they are very overgrown.

I removed several sections of the Halfway Creek Trail and Holland Bluffs Trail that do not exist, and removed and standardized many incorrect access tags in both relations. These are local bike routes - too small to be regional.

Corrected the location of Rockwood according to USGS sources, and aligned roads and paths.
