Removed name=Oak Leaf Trail from unrelated crossings. Added a public drinking water tap - these need the tag amenity=drinking_water to render in OSM, CyclOSM, OSM Cycle, and OSM Outdoors, regardless of whatever other drinking water, pump, well, etc. tags.

This service road is not named "Oak Leaf Trail South Shore Line," but it should be a member way of the OLT South Shore Line route relation.

Updated, corrected, and improved the Brown Deer Rec Trail route relation and added a crucial missing member to the OLT Zip Line route relation (the segment up to County Line IS part of the OLT).
