cycleway=contraflow/opposite don't seem to render in CyclOSM with a thicker solid line. So I retagged southbound GFL cycleway=track and kept the necessary oneway:bicycles=no. Also split the combo crossing into discrete cycle and foot.

I raised crosswalks and added bicycles=yes to a section of sidewalk to allow for proper routing since they evidently built this curb cut and crossing to align wuth the footpath and stairs instead of the wider shared path.

Since these cycle tracks are on their road surfaces and not fully protected, I incorporated the cycleways into the road ways themselves as two-way tracks. Also added missing members to Bike Route 57 relation.

Shoal Creek Blvd's 2-way cycletrack is on the roadway itself and is neither fully protected nor separate, so I removed the cycle paths, tagged the roadways for 2-way bike traffic, and added them to the relations Shoal Creek Urban Trail and Bike Route 31.

Since Arroyo Seco and Justin Lane have 2-way cycletracks are on their roadways, which are not protected bike lanes nor fully separated cycle paths, I removed the cycle paths and tagged the roadways themselves for 2-way bike traffic.
