Sharrows and bike lanes updates/corrections

Drew the basic form of the protected 5-way intersection here. Changed roadway bike tags to =separate to de-duplicate bike lane/path rendering. Will need some detailing whenever aerial imagery updates

Updates and corrections to MoKan and Southern Walnut Creek Trails

Missed some crosswalks for the LACB relation

Sources & details for Boggy Creek Trail, and also added missing members to the Lance Armstrong Bikeway relation

Created the Boggy Creek Trail bicycle route.

Added, removed, updated large segments of both the Red Line Parkway Trail (incl Boggy Creek Trail) and Lance Armstrong Crosstown Bikeway (its full official name). BCT should also remain its own relation. The RLT and LACB do partially overlap.

Removed the paths to and over the ford in the Shoal Creek from the overall route relation, which should prioritize routing over the contiguous ways so bicyclists do not have to dismount and portage over the rough rocks of the ford.

Added ref initials SCPT to Shoal Creek Park Trail relation to designated it for maps that render waymarked trails.

Split and updated portions of the Shoal Creek Urban Trail and the Shoal Creek Path Trail. More work needed to detail them and verify access tags on certain segments (rock slide area, dismount fords, Lamar sidewalks, etc)

The Shoal Creek Conservancy considers the Urban Trail and the Park Trail to be the names of the two constituent trails, which means it was incorrect to call this the Greenbelt Trail. More work coming soon to update the Urban Trail and Park Trail relations

Removed Bike Routes 13 and 14 because no signs exist anymore. Updated BR 15.

Removed Bike Route 12because no signs exist for it any longer

Since the Violet Crown Trail is largely impassable to most bikes, it makes the most sense that it be related as a mountain bike route - until it is completed and more paved or passable gravel sections are added.
