Cleared up some duplicate and ambiguous ways and intersections, and aligned roads/paths to aerial imagery.

Maryland Ave/Longport Blvd has neither separated bike paths nor designated bike lanes. The shoulders are wide enough for bike traffic, but are undesignated. It is, however, a designated bike route. Also added sharrows to Bay Ave.
