Updated roads and paths around the Scuppernong River

Drew and updated many paths near North Prairie. These are designated horse trails and snowmobile trails, which also also bikes and foot travel. Perhaps they should be general paths, not bridle paths, but I think this tagging scheme is so far the best.

Added/corrected/updated roads in Pinewoods and trails in Scuppernong. Created hiking route relations for the Scuppernong loops.

Service roads and paths around campground loops.

Drew and tagged a separate cycle track for the platform-protected bike track, similar to the precedent at Ogden/Astor, etc.

The tram tracks and cycle paths only cross here in OSM because the paths are drawn separately from the roadways; they do not cross in real life.

Oops - missed a way from previous changeset (137932084)

Removed the cycleway:both=* which conflicted with the individual left/right side tags and prevented proper rendering. It should be noted that while cycleway:both=* DOES usually render in CyclOSM, it does NOT render in OpenCycleMap yet.

This block is still signed as a bike route. The five block south to Pleasant are missing signs since Palmer was reconstructed.

Created the new Ivanhoe Place plaza and Black Cat Alley

Give the lack of curb cuts, and where existing curb cuts are placed, I think it makes the most sense that these ways be footpaths, to properly route and separate foot and bike traffic. They are not explicitly designated for anyone, however.

Added missing and private streets and sidewalks, plus gates.

Added bike lanes to W Mineral and upgraded nearby crossings' tags. Mineral also has two speed humps and a traffic somewhere between 5th & 1st, which will need to be drawn when newer imagery is available.
