Removed a short section of Eilers Ave that doesn't exist anymore, and added current bike lanes to Bruning Ave.

Added/updates nodes for backpack/walk-to/hike-in sites, and added/updated paths. Paths do not appear to be designated or restricted. The source "Buckhorn State Park map" PDF is undated and may be outdated.
