Corrected a few path segments that should allow for better discrete bike and/or foot routing. Also aligned a few roads and paths.

The Oxmead Rd/Masonic Village sidepath is separate from the NJDOT Burlington County Bikeways route relation.

More updates/corrections to Burlington County bike route

Created the Burlington County Bikeways route relation, drew many crossings and sidewalks, and aligned/straightened many roads. Also unsnapped many roads from landuse. Please don't snap landuse to transportation features!

The High Pont to Cape May route initials ref=* should include the M for May.

I used the USGS 3D Elevation layer and GPX files to make some adjustments to trails and campsites to improve routing and rendering.

These roads do not have designated bike lanes. Many are shoulders, and many of these shoulders are narrower than the common standard bike lane. I think the user who tagged these with bike lanes though the fog line is a bike lane line.

Adjusted where the cycletracks meet the roadway node. I think it makes more sense this way. Also aligned many roadways and paths, and fixed a mistake with the eastbound roadway bridge segment.

Kassner and Victory are better suited as named footpaths rather than Living Streets. My bad!

These paths are not designated for any particular mode of travel but are wide enough and smooth enough for bikes and feet.

The side path along S 27th St is a general multi-use path that is not designated for either foot or bicycle access, but is implicitly accessible by both.

The bike lanes on Six Mile Rd are merely undesignated shoulders. Also drew one slip lane and re-aligned another.

These ways aren't officially part of the White River State Trail yet and their surfaces/access vary wildly, so I retagged them as informal until they are formally added to the WRST. Also, please don't snap landuse to transportation features.
