I hope I did this right: tagged all CAMBA trails as a regional network called US:WI:CAMBA. The singletrack trails are MTB route relations while the gravel fire lane road routes are basic bike routes.

Since they are mostly on fire roads and CAMBA calls them "other designated bike routes," I changed Sleigh Trail, Short & Fat, Fire Tower, Winding Pine, Wild River, Lake Helane Trail, and Phipps Fire Lane to bike routes from MTB routes.

Created the Wild Rivers State Trail MTB relation since the DNR recommends off-road bikes. Since the WRST is open to motor vehicles, allows bikes, and isn't a designated cycleway, I changed the ways to track roads. Future changesets will continue this work

Drew many missing MTB trails and track roads, and created the CAMBA trails' route relations. The Lady Slipper Trail will need a GPS trace to be drawn accurately before closing the relevant map note.
