Updates & additions to LBI area.

Updates & corrections to the Pine Creek Rail Trail paths and amenities.

Many updates and corrections to paths and roadways and bridges/layers in this area. Please do not snap land-use areas to linear features like roads, paths, and train tracks, to allow for MUCH easier editing in the future.

Updated paths and roads around the Wildlife Refuge HQ. The land-use areas in this area need a lot more work, however - for accuracy, and to de-duplicated, and not overlapped.

Drew park and ride lot and aisles.

Reverted former Active (Living) Streets back to Residential, reset the related access tags, and aligned many crooked roads, paths, and intersections.

Tagged Milwaukee's 2023 Active Streets as Living Streets with motor vehicles=destination and peds/bikes=designated. If anyone has better ideas for tagging Active Streets, please comment and let's chat. Also aligned many crooked intersections

Added & updated Jefferson County bike routes. Also re-aligned several roadways.

Adjusted buildings and paths downtown.

Added missing members to the Muskego Rec Trail relation.

Updates & corrections to Riverside Park area paths and roads.

Corrected Beerline Trail path members in Gordon Park

Fixed the OLT crossing and added correct access tags in the area to correct/improve routing.

Created Burnt Mill Trail, Goshen Pond Trail, and Sleeper Creek Trail relations for both bicycles and horseback riding. Also drew and aligned several other roads and paths nearby for better tracking/routing.

Changed a segment of the Batsto Fire Trail from general path with unspecified access to Cycle Path in keeping with other segments of the BFT. Also aligned many other sand roads to recent imagery.
