This track has a sign at the bottom saying private and threatening a fine to vehicles using it. Been told we should not have been walking it after Komoot plotted it as a valid option.
No public right of way, not marked as a footpath on OS maps, just a track to the mill/roundhouse

This is apparently a private track, it’s not sign posted as such, but the farmer stopped me to let me know. There are many warnings of private land on the northern edge of the track.

Road only to fit a fire engine (just) cars trying to pass each other to go up/down road at same time will have difficulty very little footpath (only up to 50cm) so even if cars pull onto it it is still very difficult to pass.
