A new housing estate has been built here. Most of the buildings are shown on the map but the roads are not. The previous access road to Pinelands industrial estate has been straightened and is now called Pinelands Road (NR10 3FA). Eva Close and Park View have also been added off Pinelands Road as access roads to the new estate.

Very long sections of Pedestrian=highway "Rand' Abers 1" have been mapped ontop of other premapped highways. Thus making duplications that disrupt routing. The existing highway should be modified to accept the new tags.

Why so many fences and hedges on top of each other. I'm sure each boundary only has one fence or hedge.
I'm pretty sure the fences and hedges don't go through the middle of houses but are terminated at the house exterior wall.
Also it really isn't good to use linear (fence/hedge) and area (residential) tags on the same way, (this is what leads the mapper to run the fence through the buildings).
A better way to tag these ways is to draw and tag each feature then group them to form an area relation.
