There are also ways that are not tagged at all, and a duplicated area outlines in a multipolygon. I've corrected these.

You've also left large gaps between the fields and joined lots of field edges to highway center lines.

I've corrected quite a few of these problems.

Hi, Please be aware that you've uploaded several area outlines that are self-intersecting. Also, many similarly tagged areas overlap each other and adjoining areas. Although minor issues this is still not correct mapping, the fields do not overlap each other.

Please also consider limiting the number of edits in a changeset, it makes tracking mistakes easier for you.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

Almost all land in the UK is private, it seems that this car park, (according to your opinion), is only exceptional in that it's not openly available to the public. This opinion can be described by the tag access=private.

Please be aware that anything that can be determined and verified by the public, (without going against any copyright) is acceptable for inclusion on the OSM database.

I've reinstated the car park and tagged it access=private.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I see you've amended an embankment into a 200m long gate. Most likely inadvertently, Shall I revert this change?

I see you've mapped a gate on Malvern Road but that gate wouldn't be part of Malvern Road it's really a gate into a property

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

The tag oneway=no is not necessary and discouraged as in its absence it is implied.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Hasn't the bollard near to Stacy road been removed to allow vehicle access from the north into onto the section you've tagged as motor_vehicle=no? If assuming your amendment is correct then bicycle access to a cycleway would mean that access for that purpose is allowed, thus the tag access=no ought not to be added?

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I just wanted to let you know that in most cases, in the absence of a oneway= tag, it is implied that there is no oneway restriction. Therefore oneway=no in these edits is not needed and can be removed.

Hi, There are now two traffic signals and two pelican crossings on the one point, they are Node: 8957717927 a crossing, Node: 637030054 a signal, Node: 8957717925 a signal, and Way: 968226837 another crossing. As you've recently edited here I wonder if you could look to rectify the problem?

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

Please, when something needs correcting/amending do this to the existing features rather than just delete as all past history is lost with deletion.

I've reinstated the deleted building and amended the data to reflect your changes. Please check that the data is correct.

Hi, You can of course map multipolygons as you describe above, but not as you previously mapped the bunkers. There is brief advice here:-leisure=golf_course at the page bottom.

It's really not necessary to make multipolygons of the rough and bunkers. The way features are displayed is up to the renderer. Have a look here:- osm.org/search?query=London%20Golf%20Club#map=14/51.3455/0.2892&layers=N well mapped without multipolygons.

Hi, There seems to be duplication here, a section of the A1(M), Way: 966242385 on top of Way: 4048397. There are also a couple of single untagged nodes Node: 8939387101 and Node: 8939387102 that look like they should be joined to the highway. Then the lights Node: 8939387103 are also not joined to the highway. Could you have a look please?

Hi, golf=path isn't a recognized tag.

Regards Bernard.

108661013 over 4 years ago

Hi, Some of your ways are tagged twice as paths, golf=path and highway=path. It doesn't really make logical sense to have two path values on the same way. I wonder if you are meaning to indicate that the way is a highway=path and golf=cartpath, if so please see here:- golf=cartpath

Hi, Could you please add descriptive comments to your changesets? This will help folk and yourself to understand what has been done.

It would be really good if you would limit the number of features edited or amended in each changeset, about 10 is much better. Here you've edited 99 features. This would help you track what you're doing and conform to OSM good practice.
