Hi, welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I amended the open hours to OSM standard, drew in the building. Adjusted some tags and placed all tags on the building.
If you need any help please just ask.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I would like to point out that the estate is already mapped and named. Rozel Court (where your POI is placed) is already tagged building=apartments. I doubt the single apartment is a tourist feature.
Thus your information is unfortunately mostly duplication and could be removed.
Many thanks for your effort though perhaps you could add the nearby building that have yet to be added to OSM.

Hi, I'm really very sorry to have to say that this path should be on the field edge south of the hedge.
Can I respectfully request that you survey yourself, take notes/photos thus you can be correct when editing/adding to OSM
If you need any help please just ask. Regards Bernard.

Hi, the south west section of Way: 591847196 duplicates the track already mapped. Please amend or update the existing OSM features so as to keep as much mapping history as possible. In this case the existing track can be made into two sections with one section amended by adding foot=yes. This will achieve what you wish without duplicating or removing anything.
If you need help please just ask. Regards Bernard

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I wonder how you can be sure the footpath through the farm does not exist? I can assure you that I would not have mapped it in 2012 without very good reason. Just because it is not on the county map is not evidence that it does not exist. Folk are trying to have many paths put on the definitive map that were left off in error (so called lost ways).
Further by deleting the existing mapping and re-drawing it you are removing valuable history from the OSM database. My name and date of mapping were in the history of the long footpath, after your re-drawing they are no longer there. The only way to regain this history is to revert your changes and then re-make your amendments. I can do this for you if you wish?
Regarding the shorter path you added. At the east end it looks like you placed the path to the north of the hedge, it should be south of the hedge. It should also extend onto Delvyns Lane, you have it terminating/joining to the parish boundary thus not reaching the road. Don't rely on the County Council map, the path joined the grass verge and thence the road where there is a waymark.
If I can help in any way please just ask. Regards Bernard

No response so duplicate removed.

Self intersection of area outline, (introduced with new art and park tagging) is removed.
Park or otherwise the name should be capitalised.

Hi, my interest was to query something tagged as an anomaly, the tags describe differing features. I'm not actually familiar with the building.

However, building=residential would only apply if someone resides in the building.
If the car wash is of/for commercial or public use it could be tagged amenity=car_wash with building=commercial plus any other descriptive tags.
If it is a private car wash then it could be tagged amenity=car_wash with building=yes plus any other descriptive tags.

From what you say I think the latter tags would best apply.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I see you added/amended the tag to building=residential, that looks correct possibly a terrace of four houses.
However, the tags referring to a car wash don't seem correct. Would you like to reconsider those tags and amend/remove them?

If you need any help please just ask via these comments. Regards Bernard

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I just had a look at your edit and notice that there is already a POI shop on the building just east. Thus I think your new POI (which is actually positioned away from the building), is a duplicate and could be removed.

I've now drawn in the building outline.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I see you've removed the connection between Merton Place and the service road (ref115), are you sure there is no connecting way at all? Some images show a connection.

I've tagged the allotments you mapped as landuse=allotments and remove the area=yes tag which is not really descriptive. Also capitalised the name.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
Just a few things not obvious in the guides that I noticed and changed.

The oneway=no tag is usually inferred in the absence of a oneway tag, oneway=*

I made the buildings on Queensway three separate buildings, a building within a building is not correct.

Amended several opening hours tags to suit OSM practice.

If I can help please just ask. Regards Bernard

Hi, I doubt if the plots extend to the center line of the public highway. I've altered a few of them. Regards Bernard

No response so I've tagged node as disabled parking space.

No response so I've removed the fiction guideway that duplicated other ways. Tags had already been removed leaving a long untagged way.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I think you've placed your buisness POI in the wrong position, it's actually on Jackson Close. You could also add the tag craft=hvac or craft=plumber.

Hi and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I've reverted your inadvertent change of this area back to a car park and added more detail.

Is it really a leisure feature, park, or just a field. Anyway a formal name should have capital letters. Could you correct this please?
