Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I wonder if you could say where your information on the foot, cycle and horse restrictions came from please? Also where does the name come from? It is my understanding that a pedestrian is free to walk along the side of any carriageway other than a motorway or a motorway slip road. I am aware that there is or was a restriction of slow moving vehicles, (speeds less than 25mph) but I'm not sure if this actually prohibits the above mentioned traffic modes.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
Could you explain what you meant to do when adding a huge park are across central London including the Thames River, (folk will get wet socks walking there)?
It does not look right as such ought be removed. If I can help you achieve a genuine addition to the map please just ask.
Otherwise I'll wait a while before removing the park.

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap.
The building was already mapped and tagged as Northwood Hall so I've placed your new postcode there as well. Then removed the POI as it just duplicates data.

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I don't think Sorby Close site really counts as a campsite unless the are has changed from residential housing. If the area has changed I apologise, if not could the POI please be removed.
As for the other POI (Skegness Sands) that area is already mapped/tagged as Walsh's Holiday Park, has that changed name.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
Your StreetComplete app has not actually put the speed limits into OSM. It has added the tag "maxspeed:type=GB:nsl_single" which is the type of speed limit but not the actual speed restriction. The tag "maxspeed=30mph" needs to be added to show a restriction of a maximium of 30 miles per hour.
I don't use StreetComplete so I can't advise how to do this.

Hi, no response so I've fixed the problems and removed the duplicated farmland. Regards

Hi, that's correct with a conventional two-way street, it was/is assumed that oneway=no so no action was needed. There was no need for the way to be actually tagged oneway=no. Or looking at it a slightly different way, in the absence of a oneway= tag it is assumed automatically by the database that there is not a restriction of the direction of traffic flow.

As per the link I gave above there are special circumstances when the tag oneway=no is used. Use oneway=no only in order to avoid mapping errors in areas where e.g. oneway streets are common, or to override defaults.)
I hope that explains it well enough. Regards and Happy Mapping, Bernard.

No response so I've attempted to remedy the problems. Most are deleted as being duplicate but keeping any useful tags.

There's a lot to take on board when starting out mapping to OSM and you can't learn it all at once. (Like don't hit the comment button to quickly). Please keep on with contributions to our great map.

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap.
The default value for oneway is taken as =no except in special circumstances. Please see :- oneway=*

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
Your addition to the OSM database is very good. I noticed the Esri aerial imagery is more recent than Bing so I tweaked the position slightly. Also added a few service roads on the estate from Esri.
It would be great if you could add speed limits, I know that's really needed by a lot of map users.
If you want any help/advise with any thing please just ask, the OSM community is very friendly in general.

Hi, no disrespect meant but as it is on the side of the road folk have to investigate further to find out exactly how to get to the company. If you place the POI within the outline of the building that houses it folk will know exactly where to go, this is the usual practice for OSM.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
Review Request I made a few minor adjustments to your address to conform with OSM and mailing standards. Added extra address fields including removing "Studio" from addr:housenumber= them adding addr:unit=Studio, (Studio is not part of the house number nor the house name, as far as I can see). Amended the postcode to add a space as per royal mail postcodes.
Otherwise all is OK thanks for adding.

Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I just wanted to let you know that a lot of the houses you added to OSM are duplication's.
Do you think you could have a look and correct the problem please? Or would you prefer if I or some other mapper fixed this for you?
Regards Bernard
