Hi, You're making a lot of duplicated highways here by placing a highway on top of another highway. This could disrupt routing. I think I've now removed all the duplicate sections. Please try to be sure this doesn't happen.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

These ways are as you said above are footpaths. A highway=pedestrian is a road or an area mainly or exclusively for pedestrians in which some vehicle traffic may be authorized. Thus I've changed the tag to highway=footway.

Hi, The areas seem to be mainly grass so I would leave it as landuse=grass and map the flowerbeds within the grass area. The tag landuse=flowerbed is only a proposal, though it has been used thousands of times.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

That would not be a residential highway at the end of a service road. Thus I've removed it.

Hi, I just wanted to point out that you added the tag highway=path to a 28km long residential area outline Way: 798908748. It would be a great addition to the footpath network but very difficult to walk. So I've removed the tag.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

These green spaces are not really garden:type=community
leisure=garden as this implies the community can partake in gardening activities there. Do you think the council would allow someone to cultivate it for potatoes or a rose bed? This type of area is usually tagged as landuse=grass.

Hi, You are placing many nodes tagged liesure=park within the main park area also tagged liesure=park. As per OSM practice this is incorrect tagging. Could you please correct these park nodes.

Hi, You've placed this highway on top of an existing highway, this duplication disrupts routing. Thus I've removed your duplication. If a way needs correcting it's OSM practice to correct any existing way, this maintains the way history.

Hi, You need to join the crossing nodes to both of the crossing highways. I've corrected quite a few here. I also corrected the joining of several crossing highways.

Hi, I've removed your Way: 1259775745 as it duplicates an existing highway, I've amended the existing highway to suit your new way status. I also added a gate in your new wall where the footpath goes through it.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

You added the number 50 to two different houses, I've amended one of them to 44. Please, if you are local, check that number 44 is on the correct building.

Hi, Way: 563931987 is a curving line of trees the field and meadow edge, not a forest.

Duplicated highway removed.

148263283 almost 2 years ago

Hello,
As you can see from the warnings above you are duplicating highways which then disrupts routing. Please do not place a highway on top of an existing highway.

If an existing highway needs amending/correcting it is OSM good practice to amend/correct the existing highway. Not to place a second highway on top of an existing one.

I've removed the duplicates that I can see. Please now make your corrections to the existing ways. This will keep all the history intact.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I've reverted these changes because they seem to only remove the building tags from several buildings. If you can explain what you were trying to do maybe I can help?

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I wonder does The Car Edition operate from the whole of that building? If not then the building should be split into the separate units and The Car Edition placed on its unit. Alternatively the business should be a placed on a node appropriately placed within the building.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I've reverted your changes to this highway as they don't seem to reflect ground truth. This is a surfaced unclassified highway which has no restrictions as to public use. Although there are no formal passing places vehicles can pass each other with just a little patience.

You could add a note tag giving your opinion of the highway but please stick to ground truth and legal status, (don't tag as customers only that means the general public are not allowed).

Just a nudge to let you know this one has yet to be fixed, I think on the other one you said both were fixed.
