| 70836754 | over 6 years ago | Hi, You've drawn Way: 693925786 over a footway Way: 44332298 without joining to it, is there a bridge or tunnel here? If not the two ways should be joined. |
| 73843259 | over 6 years ago | Hi, you keep changing or adding residential areas that are already within a residential area. This is just unnecessary duplication. Way: 221853910 is yet another one I've removed. |
| 73885073 | over 6 years ago | No response, OK I've un-joined the areas from the highway center line. I'm pretty sure I'm correct in doing this as it would be difficult to drive the service road with the woods in the way. If you can't or are un-inclined to make repairs to your own mapping you just have say and someone will repair it for you. Regards, |
| 74053988 | over 6 years ago | Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Just one point names are usually rendered on most projects that use OSM data, so if a place in named twice in the database it appears twice on the map.
For this reason I've removed the name from the building. Regards Bernard. |
| 73719801 | over 6 years ago | Hi Richard, No I don't know better I was just wondering about the route the footway takes. What I do know is that the highway is duplicated where the footpath is on top of the service road.

| 73719801 | over 6 years ago | Hello Richard,
I wonder if the path should exit the field through the pedestrian gate into the area where the building is. Rather than going through what looks like a wall with no gap/gate. The the path might not join the service road. ( It may be the imagery I'm looking at is out of date though). Any way the duplication ought be rectified. Regards Bernard. |
| 73950053 | over 6 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. The Maxar imagery is much more up to date than Bing around here. With it you will see your new residential roads are a long way out. You may well be able to draw in the features you marked as points. Need any help please just ask.

| 73914555 | over 6 years ago | Hello, your mapping of the highway (Way: Route from M3 Jnc to Park and Ride to Handlebar Cafe (720159408)) is incorrect. It duplicates sections of existing highways thus seriously disrupting routing. These changes should be reverted in order to maintain the integrity and history of the existing features that have been altered. The correct method to add/show a route over ways that already exist is to make separate all sections of the existing ways that are to be included in the route. Then add the sections of the existing ways into a route relation. This page shows you how it's done :- osm.wiki/Relation:route Do you need help reverting these changes, I can do so if you wish? Regards Bernard. |
| 73889174 | over 6 years ago | Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Are you sure the area you added Way: Handlebar Cafe (719944345) is the outline of the cafe building? If, as I suspect by imagery and the roads you've placed it over, it isn't then please remove it. Only correct and verifiable features should be added to OSM. You also placed a POI for the cafe, is this correctly positioned? Regards Bernard. |
| 73613963 | over 6 years ago | No response so I've moved the POI to where I think it should be, amended address as well. |
| 73885273 | over 6 years ago | Hi, I removed the self intersection from the water outline Way: 719922245 and tagged the inner part as islet then created a multipolygon. This is the way to draw such features without having a self intersection, plus the islet is properly tagged.

| 73885073 | over 6 years ago | Hi, Please don't join highways to multiple area ways as here. It's very difficult later to disentangle the highway. |
| 73872882 | over 6 years ago | Hi,
Regards Bernard |
| 73788530 | over 6 years ago | Hi, I've removed the POI putting all info on the building outline. I made minor amendment to the address tagging.
Regards Bernard. |
| 73862530 | over 6 years ago | Hi Ed, Nice work, it'll be a lot better for everyone now. |
| 73481131 | over 6 years ago | I don't know, I removed the duplicated section of the cycleway keeping all the tags on the remaining cycleway. |
| 73862530 | over 6 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

| 73855251 | over 6 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I removed the crossing from the end of the footpath, it isn't actually crossing anything. For the bus stop the tag highway=bus_stop infers bus=yes so no need for bus=yes. The tag natural=wood is meant for an area rather than a POI, so I've drawn in the wood area. Your shop POI has problems, the postcode is presented incorrectly (the letters should be in capitals). You've tagged it as a driving school and as a shop, these are two different features and shouldn't be mixed. Actually the place the POI is on looks like a house, not a shop or driving school. Is it perhaps a business or office in a house? If yo need help please just ask.

| 71117660 | over 6 years ago | Hi, You've made a bit of a mess of Way: 60761187, please look here :- http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=geometry&lon=0.72928&lat=51.34699&zoom=18&overlays=self_intersection_ways,self_intersection_points,single_node_in_way,duplicate_node_in_way |
